I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind in most cases due to the fact products are either custom printed for you or held in such small numbers. I am very intentional in art practice and in printing. I only keep limited stock on hand at this stage for environmental reasons. However, please contact me if you have an issue with your order and we can see if there’s anything we can do.
I will of course accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged or for another reason outlined in Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, I can provide a refund or exchange or replacement (whichever you prefer). Please contact me immediately if your order is faulty or damaged in any way.
